Yes, Bulk Naturals specializes in wholesale. Tiered pricing is automatically applied to our listings based on volume. For orders exceeding 500 lbs or full pallets, please contact our logistics team for a custom quote.
What is your typical shipping timeframe?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via UPS or LTL freight, depending on the weight of your order.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for my purchase?
Absolutely. Quality assurance is our priority. You can download the COA and SDS directly from the product page, or request a batch-specific document by emailing our support team with your order number.
What is your return policy for raw ingredients?
To maintain product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened raw materials. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their respective countries.
