It has a rich, cushiony feel but spreads easier than traditional lanolin, so it’s a bit more versatile in both skin and hair products. Just a small amount can go a long way in helping soften rough areas and improve overall texture.

You’ll often see it used in lip care, hand treatments, and products meant for very dry or weather-stressed skin. 

How to Use

Can be used as part of the oil phase in formulations or applied in small amounts directly to dry areas. Blends well with other carrier oils and butters.
